The Boyfriend found an Asian mignonette sauce recipe on Food Network last week. We brought it to our oyster shucking picnic, where people dubbed it the Awesome Sauce and fought over it. Here’s the link to the recipe. I’m also pasting it below.
1. Pour 2/3 cup rice vinegar in a small bowl.
2. Add 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce. (Regular soy sauce is fine.)
3. Add 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger.
4. Add 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
5. Add 2 scallions, minced.
